The Manager (Elect.) Engg. Division,  India Trade Promotion Organization, Room No. 147, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi on behalf of Chairman & Managing Director, ITPO invites sealed item rate tenders for the  following  work  from   eligible  contractors   specialized firms dealing in Neon Sign Boards.  Tender documents will be  received up  to 3.00 PM  on 20.09.2007 and tenders will  be opened  by   him or his authorised representative on   the  same day at  3.30 PM.

Earnest Money should be deposited through bank draft in favour of India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi (or) cash deposit with the Cashier in Cash Section of ITPO and Bank Draft/Cash receipt to be sent with application.  Condition  and tender form can be had on production of PAN No. and sale tax clearance certificate / work  contract  tax registration / service tax whichever  is  applicable to the office of the undersigned between 11.00AM to 3.00PM on all working days up to 17.09.2007 for the tender cost mentioned above (Non-refundable).  The tender of contractor who do not deposit the Earnest Money in the aforesaid manner shall be summarily rejected.
