The Manager (Elect), Engineering Division, Room No. 147, India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi on behalf of Chairman & Managing Director, ITPO invites sealed item rate tender for the following works from approved contractors of ITPO/MES/CPWD/P&T/RAILWAYS/STATE PWD etc. Cooling Towers. Tender documents will be received upto 3.PM on 05.04.2007 and sealed tenders will be opened by him or his authorized representative on the same day at 3.30PM.

The tender documents can be had on all working days between 11.00AM to 4.00PM up to 02.04.2007 from the office on written request support by documentary proof of specified experience, cost of tender mentioned above (non-refundable) in cash and valid PAN copy, and copy of Work Contract Registration/TIN No. and Sales Tax etc. The Earnest Money should be deposited alongwith application form through cash/bank draft favouring India Trade promotion organization, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. The tender of the contractor who does not deposit the earnest money in the prescribed manner shall be summarily rejected. Other terms and conditions as per the tender.
