Notice Inviting Quotation

Sealed quotations are invited by the Manager(Elect.), Engineering Division, Room No.147, India Trade Promotion Organization, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. from the manufacturers  only  for Supply of window type room air-conditioner (Unitary Type) on DGS&D rate contract basis for the following items so as to reach the office of the undersigned  on or before 02.01.2008 By 3.00PM.  The sealed quotations shall be opened by him or his authorized representative on the same day at 3.30PM in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives.

NOTE: Please enclose the copy of the Current DGS&D rate contract along with literature of the machine and technical specifications.

Terms & Conditions:-
1.        The earnest money should be deposited  amounting to Rs.20,000.00(Rupees twenty thousand only) alongwith quotations by the company.
2.        The machines shall be supplied within 15 days from the date of issue of supply order.
3.        Pre-receipted bills in triplicate may be submitted to the consignee along with the machines for making payment.
