NOTICE INVITING TENDER

Sub: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Air-conditioning system with Inverter type Variable Refrigerant Volume/variable refrigerant flow system for Ware House near Gate No-1 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi 110001 during the year 2011-12.

The Manager (Elect.), Room No.147, Engineering Division, India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Bhawan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi on behalf of the Chairman-cum-Managing Director, invites item rate sealed tenders from the original equipment manufacturer/original equipment agencies/ Authorised distributors/ Authorised dealers of Daikin /Mitsubishi/Toshiba/Hitachi/O-General make air conditioners subject to production of authorization letter in original from the manufacturer. The tender is in two parts envelop system (Techno commercial and price bid). 1^st envelope should contain attested copies of satisfactory completion certificates, service tax, TIN, PAN, EPF No. (Employee Provident Fund Code Number) & attested annual turnover documents and 2^nd envelope should contain price bid. (1) Name of work: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Air-conditioning system with Inverter type Variable Refrigerant Volume/variable refrigerant flow system for Ware House near Gate No-1 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi 110001 during the year 2011-12. (2) Estimated Cost : Rs. 45,37,642.00 (Rs. Forty five Lakh Thirty seven thousand six hundred forty two only), (3) Earnest Money Deposit: Rs.90,753.00 (Rs. ninety thousand seven hundred fifty three only) (4) Cost of Tender Documents: Rs.500/- (Rs. Five hundred only, not refundable).Work eligibility criteria is as under:- (1) Average annual financial turnover during last 3 years ending 31.03.2011 should be at least 30% of the total estimated cost. (2) Experience of having successfully completed similar works during last 7 years ending 31^st march, 2011. should be either of the following: (a) three similar works costing not less than Rs.18,15,057.00 i.e. 40% of the estimated cost or (b) two similar works costing not less than Rs.27,225,86.00 i.e. 60 % of the estimated cost Or (c) one similar work costing not less than Rs. 36,30,114.00 i.e. 80 % of the estimated cost (3) similar work means S/I/T/C of air conditioning system with inverter type Variable Refrigerant Volume/variable refrigerant flow system.) Non transferable tender documents Containing description, schedule of work/ quantities, along with terms & conditions, can be obtained from the office of the Manager(Elect.) on production of cash receipt/ Demand draft of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only)/DD in favour of ITPO, New Delhi and the Earnest money should be deposited in the name of ITPO along with the application form. The tender documents will be issued from 18.07.2011 to 28.07.2011 from 11.00 AM to 4.00 PM on all working days. Tenders will be received up to 1500 hours of 01.08.2011. The techno commercial bids will be opened on 1530 hours of 01.08.2011, The two bid documents should be submitted with certified copies, balance sheet and satisfactory completion certificate issued by concerned departments. ITPO reserves the rights to reject all or any of the offer without assigning any reason there off. All other terms & conditions remain unaltered. The tender document is also available on our website www.indiatradefair.com and same can be down loaded and used as tender document for submitting the tender. The cost of tender documents of downloaded form from the website must be either deposited by 3.00 PM on 28.07.2011 or bank draft towards cost of tender must be drawn upto 28.07.2011. failing which those would not be considered/opened at all.

In case of downloaded tender the cost of tender form and EMD as mentioned above is also to be paid in the shape of demand draft issued in favour of India Trade Promotion Organisation and to be enclosed in separate envelope while submitting the tender. If the downloaded tender is not accompanied with the valid demand drafts for the cost of tender document and earnest money, the same will be summarily rejected and not opened at all.
