Sub:Maintenance  and  operation of AC  plants in  Pragati Maidan,  New  Delhi   year 2008-09  

The Sr. Manager(E), Engineering Division, Room No. 147, India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi on behalf of Chairman & Managing Director, ITPO invites sealed item rate tender for  the following work from eligible registered contractors of ITPO/CPWD/MES/RAILWAYS/STATE PWD/MCD/NDMC etc. Tender documents will be received   up to 3.00 PM. on 25.08.2008 and tenders will be opened by him or his authorised representative on the same day at 3.30 PM.

The tender documents shall be issued only to those contractors/firms who have proof of satisfactorily completion of three works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost or two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost or one similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the work for big and reputed organization Govt. undertakings and other Govt. Department.  

Earnest money should be deposited through bank draft in favour of India Trade Promotion Organization, New Delhi in cash deposited with Cashier in Cash section of ITPO and Bank Draft/Cash Receipt to be sent with   application.  Conditions and tender form can be had on production of PAN copy and TIN/WCT/Service Tax No. as applicable from the office of the undersigned between 11.00AM to 4.00PM on all working days up to 22.08.2008 for the tender cost mentioned as above (Non-refundable). The tender of the contractor who do not deposit the Earnest Money in the aforesaid manner shall be summarily rejected.  
 
ITPO reserves  the right  to accept  or reject any  tender  without  assigning any  reason there of.
