Notice Inviting Tender

Sub: Operation, routine maintenance and repair etc.

The Sr. Manager(Elect.), Engineering Division, Room No.147, India Trade Promotion Organization, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi on behalf of the Chairman & Managing Director, invites sealed item rate tenders for the following work from registered contractors of CPWD/MES/RAILWAY/ Public undertakings and Specialized contractors who have experience of satisfactorily completing at least two works of operation and maintenance of Central A.C. Plants each of at least 480 TR aggregate capacity (with at least 4 units of 80TR or more each) during last 3 years ending 31.12.2009 for a Govt. Deptt./Public Sector Undertaking. Proof of such experience in shape of satisfactory completion certificates indicating plant capacity, location etc. issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or Manager will have to be produced by the intending bidders for issue of tender documents. The tender document will be received up to 3.00PM on 22.06.2010 by the undersigned and technical bid will be opened by him or his authorized representative on the same day at 3.30PM.

Operation, routine maintenance and repair etc.

Time of Completion:

One year from the date of award letter.

Estimated Cost:

Rs.10,47,544.00

Earnest Money:

Rs.20,951..00

Performance guarantee deposit (to be deposit before award of work.)

5% of the tendered amount.

Security Deposit

5%

Cost of Tender:

Rs.500/- (non-refundable)

The tender documents can be had on all working days between 11.00AM to 4.00PM from 09.04.2010 to 18.06.2010 up to from the office on payment of tender cost mentioned above (non-refundable) in cash and also on production of valid PAN, Work Contract Registration/Tin No. as applicable and experience certificate as stated above. The Earnest Money should be deposited through cash/demand draft along with the request application favouring India Trade Promotion Organization, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. The application of the contractor who does not deposit the earnest money in the prescribed manner shall be summarily rejected. Other terms and conditions as per the tender.
