Sub:  Notice Inviting quotations Procurement of Diesel Pump set)

Sealed quotations are invited by the Manager(Elect.), ITPO, for the following items on item rate basis on behalf of   CMD ITPO, Room No. 147, Pragati  Bhawan, Annexe-II Building, Pragati  Maidan, New Delhi  from the manufacturer, authorized dealer/distributor/ stockiest so as to reach the office of the undersigned on or before 29.10.2010 upto 03.00PM. The quotations shall be opened on the same day at 03.30PM in the presence of their authorized representatives by the undersigned.

 Terms & Conditions:-

The quotationer shall quote the above mentioned make only.
The quotationer should mention taxes etc. clearly in the quotation, if any.
No cartage shall be paid extra to carry the material at site.
Delivery of material/item at site may be ensure within 1 week after placing the order.
No advance payment shall be made.
The payment shall be made only after the complete delivery of material and no part delivery of material will be accepted.
