The  Sr. Manager (Elect), Engineering Division, Room No. 147, India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi on behalf of Chairman & Managing Director, invites  sealed item rate tender from the reputed and well experienced firms having requisite trained manpower T&P own workshop facility for carrying out repairs & testing facility etc. upto  3.00PM on 19.05.2008 for the work of Annual comprehensive   maintenance Contract of Window type AC units/split type A.C units of different makes for one year, extendable for another one year.  Tenders will be opened at 3.30PM on the  same day.  Tender forms will be issued to only those who produce documentary proof for having satisfactorily completed similar works of the value  during the period 2002-07 in any Govt./Autonomous/Public Sector Undertaking as under. PAN Work Contract Tax/TIN / Provident fund and ESI registration certificate  must accompany the letter of request for issue of tender documents.

1. Average Annual  financial turnover during the last 3 years, ending 31st March of the previous financial year, should be at least 30% of the estimated cost given herein under.
   
   
2. Experience of having successfully completed similar work in a Govt. Deptt./PSU/ITPO/EPC etc. during last 7 years ending  March, 2008 of the following magnitude.
   
   
1. Three similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost i.e.Rs. 1,52,070.00.
   

   or

2. Two similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of the estimated cost i.e.Rs1,90,088.00.
   

   or

3. One similar completed work costing not less than the amount equals to 80% of the estimated cost i.e. Rs.3,04,140.00.
   
   
3. Similar work mentioned above refers to the Annual comprehensive Maintenance Contract of window type/split type AC Units of  capacity 1.5TR/2.0TR/3.0TR.
   
   
4.  PAN, Work Contract Tax/TIN & service tax Registration No. must accompany the letter of request for issue of tender documents.

Estimated Cost:	Rs.3,80,175/-
Earnest Money:	Rs.9,505/-
Performance guarantee deposit (to be deposit before award of work.)	5% of the tendered amount. (To be deposited before award of work).
Security Deposit	5% of the tendered amount.
Cost of  Tender:	Rs.500/- (non-refundable)
Period	One year after award of work.

The tender documents can be had on all working days between 11.00AM to 4.00PM up to 15.05.2008  from the office on written request supported by documentary proof of specified experience, cost of tender mentioned above (non-refundable) in cash and valid PAN copy, and copy of Work Contract Registration/TIN./ Provident fund and ESI registration certificate & service tax Registration copy.  The Earnest Money should be deposited alongwith application form through cash/bank draft favouring India Trade promotion organization, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.  The tender of the contractor who does not deposit the earnest money in the prescribed manner shall be summarily rejected.  Other terms and conditions as per the tender.
