Notice Inviting Tender
Sub: Comprehensive service Maintenance contract of window and split type AC units at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. The Manager (Elect.), Room No.147, Engineering Division, India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Bhawan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi on behalf of the Chairman-cum-Managing Director, invites item rate sealed tenders in two parts envelop system (Technical and price bid). 1st envelope should contain attested copies of service tax, TIN, PAN, Annual turnover documents and work experience certificate of similar works 2nd envelope should contain price bid.(1) Name of work : Comprehensive service Maintenance contract of window and split type AC units at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. (2) Estimated Cost : Rs.6,47,071.00(Rs. Six lakh forty seven thousand seventy one only), (3) Earnest Money Deposit: Rs. 12,950.00(Rs. twelve thousand nine hundred fifty only) (4) Cost of Tender Documents: Rs.500/-(Rs. Five hundred only) Non refundable. Work eligibility criteria is as under:- (1) Average annual financial turnover during last 3 years ending 31.03.2010 should be at least 30% of the total estimated cost. (2) Experience of having successfully completed similar works during last 7 years ending 31st March’ 2010. Should be either of the following: (a) three similar works costing not less than Rs. 2,58,829.00 Or (b) two similar works costing not less than Rs. 3,88,243.00 Or (c) one similar works costing not less than Rs.5,17,657.00. (3) similar work means :- Comprehensive service Maintenance contract of window and split type AC units of 1.5 TR/ 2 TR / 3 TR capacity round the year. Non transferable tender documents Containing description, schedule of work/ quantities, alongwith terms & conditions, can be obtained from the Office of the Manager(Elect.) on production of cash receipt/ Demand draft of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five hundred only)/DD in favour of ITPO, New Delhi. The Earnest money should be deposited in the name of ITPO along with the tender in separate envelope. The tender documents will be issued from 04.11.2010 to 29.11.2010 from 11.00 AM to 4.00 PM on all working days. Tenders will be received up to 1500 hours of 30.11.2010. The technical bids will be opened on 1530 hours of 30.11.2010. The two bid document should be submitted with certified copies of satisfactory completion certificates issued by concerned Govt./ Semi-govt. deptt./PSU’s. ITPO reserves the rights to reject all or any of the offer without assigning any reason there off. The tender document is also available on our website www.indiatradefair.com and same can be down loaded and used as tender document for submitting the tender. These envelopes i.e., “Technical Bid” and “Financial Bid” should be put in one envelop, properly sealed and submitted to Manager(Elect.), Room No.147. cost of tender documents downloaded from website must be either deposited by 29.11.2010 or the Bank Draft towards cost of tender must be drawn up to 29.11.2010 failing which those would not be considered/opened at all. The Financial bids will be opened only of those agencies who qualify in technical bids criteria.
