Sub: India International Trade Fair 2009 – Sponsorship.

The India International Trade Fair is organised by ITPO in Pragati Maidan, New Delhi during November 14-27 every year. IITF is a reliable and cost effective platform for domestic and international business in its diverse ramification – trade, technology, transfers, joint ventures, product launches, test marketing etc.

Riding on the back of its enormous commercial popularity, this year’s IITF will, as in the past, offer unique opportunity to companies to achieve significant visibility and business mileage by availing one of the sponsorship options, as per details annexed to this letter. The fee under each category has been specified listing out the facilities available against the fee payable.

You are one of the agencies which had shown interest to undertake the advertising works for ITPO. However, in case you are interested to undertake the sponsorship work for IITF’09,you may forward your technical and financial bid for such sponsorship in separate sealed cover to reach the undersigned by 5.00 p.m. on or before 15th July in Room No.D-4, FIID, ITPO, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi (drop box).

An indicative base price for each category of sponsorship is given in the enclosed form. A minimum reserved price is also given in the terms and conditions. The terms and conditions for sponsorship for IITF 2009 are also enclosed herewith.
