PRESS TENDER NOTICE


The Regional Manager (Chennai) India Trade Promotion Organisation, Raja Annamalai Building, 2nd Floor, 72, Rukmani Lakshmipathi Road, Egmore, Chennai 600 008 on behalf of CMD, ITPO invites ITEM RATE tender for the following works from the approved, registered and eligible contractors of appropriate class of ITPO / CPWD / MES / RAILWAYS / P&T and any State PWD / Specialised Agencies up to 3.00 PM on 15/12/2006 which will be opened on the same day by him (or) his authorized representative at 3.30 PM

The tender documents shall be issued only to those agencies who have satisfactorily completed three works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost or two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost or one similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the work for big and reputed Organisations, Government Undertakings and other Govt. Departments.

Earnest Money should be deposited through Bank Draft favouring 'India Trade Promotion Organisation, Chennai' (or) cash deposited with the Cashier in Cash Section of ITPO (Chennai Office) and Bank Draft / Cash Receipt to be sent with the application seeking tender documents.

Conditions and tender forms can be had on production of PAN No. and TIN No. from the office of the undersigned between 11.00 AM to 3.00 PM on all working days up to 13-12-2006 for the tender cost mentioned as above (Non-refundable).
