Subject: Empanelment of Printers India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO), a Government of India enterprise, invites applications from experienced and reputed printers located in Delhi and NCR (within 25 kms. from Pragati Maidan) for empanelment for undertaking various printing jobs such as directories, posters, calendars, brochures, publications, etc. The selection will be based on their infrastructural facilities, quality of printed material, relevant experience, clientele etc. Printing jobs will be assigned to the empanelled printers through call of quotations. The printers should have their own printing machineries, pre-press, cutting machineries and binding (finishing) equipments. Printers should be specialized in printing of multi-colour jobs and ready to print to even lesser quantities such as 500 copies etc. Interested printers may apply in the prescribed application form, which may be obtained from Manager/Deputy Manager Printing Unit, I.T.P.O., Pragati Maidan, New Delhi(Tel. 23371540 Extn. 437) on all working days (Monday to Friday) from 10.30 am to 5.30 pm by paying an amount of Rs. 6000/- (Rupees six thousand only) through a Demand Draft drawn in favour of India Trade Promotion Oranisation, payable at Delhi, towards the cost of application which is non refundable. The application form can also be downloaded from ITPO’s website www.indiatradefair.com, in which case the amount of Rs. 6000/- is to be paid through D.D. or cash while submitting the application form. The completed Application Form (four pages) may be submitted in sealed cover to Manager (Printing) on or before 31.1.2011 by 3.00 p.m. I.T.P.O. reserves the right to accept/reject the application received without assigning any reason.
