Sub:  Proposal for hiring four Unipoles/Hoardings(size 20’x8’).

ITPO is considering to hire four Unipoles/hoardings for advertisements of our various forthcoming events in Delhi at Preet Vihar, Chanakyapuri, Punjabi Bagh and Red Fort. 

Interested agencies having licence/rights of operating these sites may submit their quotations by Nov. 1, 2010 by 3.00 pm. in the format of ITPO, in a sealed cover so as to reach the undersigned at following address:

The quotations will be opened on the same day.   The Unipoles will be hired for a period of five months commencing from November 2010 to March 2011.

III. Terms and Conditions: 

1. ITPO requires the Unipoles for a period of five months commencing from November 2010 to March 2011. 
2. The text of ad would be provided by ITPO.  It is the responsibility of services provider to carry out installation at site. 
3. All expenditure other than the quoted price is to be borne by the agency (like power/electricity/installation charges/painting/MCD property tax etc). 
4. The ITPO reserves the right to amend the text of advertisement as and when required. 
5. The liability of ITPO would be restricted to the amount of rentals of the Unipole ad site and fabrication/vinyl charges at DAVP approved rates. 
6. Any incident/accident of ad site or any other liabilities would be borne by the agency. 
7. The agency would give confirmation of acceptance of above terms and conditions under signatures of their authorised signatory for carrying out the contracted job. 
8.   Disputes, if any, shall be within the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
