Name of work:- Expression of Interests India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO) is intending to hire hoarding sites/Scrollers sites initially for a period of two months at various domestic Airports viz. Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkatta, Bangalore, Goa, Amritsar, Jammu etc. for publicising its activities/fairs in India. Interested parties having sole rights obtained from respective authorities may kindly submit their proposals in a sealed cover envelope indicating size of the hoardings/backlit scroller sites, period of right for operation and similar works done during the past one year. The envelope may superscribe “Hoarding Site/Scroller site” at (name of the airport) and send to Mr. S.D. Sharma, Manager, CP&PR Division, ITPO, Pragati Bhavan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi on or before 19.10.2009 by 3.00 pm. The quotations should be in Indian Rupees only written both in numerical and words. The quotations will be opened on the same day by a Committee constituted by ITPO at 3.30 pm in the presence of the tenderers, who may be desirous to remain present, in Conference Room (1st floor) of ITPO, Pragati Bhavan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. The maintenance, power/electricity charges and all other charges including operation and changing of matter, as per requirements of ITPO would be borne by the agency.
