Name of work: Hoarding Sites/Scrollers at Delhi and Mumbai Airports - Expression of Interests

India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO) is intending to hire hoarding sites/Scrollers sites initially for a period of two months at Delhi and Mumbai airport for publicising its activities/fairs in India.

Interested parties having sole rights obtained from respective authorities may kindly submit their proposals in a sealed cover envelope indicating size of the hoardings/backlit scroller sites, period of right for operation. The envelope may superscribe “Hoarding Site/Scroller site” at Delhi/Mumbai and send to Mr. S.D. Sharma, Manager, CP&PR Division, ITPO, Pragati Bhavan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi on or before 12.11.2009 by 3.00 pm. The quotations will be opened on the same day by a Committee constituted by ITPO at 3.30 pm in the presence of the tenderers, who may be desirous to remain present.

The maintenance, power/electricity charges and all other charges including operation and changing of matter, as per requirements of ITPO would be borne by the agency.

ITPO reserves the right to reject any or all offers without assigning any reason whatsoever.
