India Trade Promotion Organisation is intending to hire Hoardings/Unipoles for India International Trade Fair for a period of one month commencing from 28.10.09 to 27.11.2009. In this regard, tender notice inviting quotations has been posted at our website: indiatradefair.com - tender notice. However, you are requested to submit your proposal/quotation indicating the rates for the hoardings/Unipoles and sole right letter issued by concerned authorities. The hoardings/unipoles are required at the following location: Ring Road 'T' point to Gate No.1 of Pragati Maidan, New Delhi the proposals in sealed envelope may kindly be submitted to the undersigned on or before 21.10.2009 by 3.00 pm which will be opened by the Committee at 3.30 pm on the same day. thanks and regards, (S.D.
