Advertisement through SMS
on Mobiles in Delhi India Trade Promotion Organisation invite bids from interested companies for sending SMS through mobiles inviting visitors to visit India International Security Expo slated to be held from February 15 to 18, 2010 in Hall-6 of Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. The messages are required to be disseminated for a period of six days commencing from 12.2.10 to 17.2.10. The companies dealing with SMS on mobiles may kindly indicate the lowest rates for bulk messages and other relevant details. The number of subscribers, per message cost and company’s details may be submitted in the bid. The text of messages will be provided by ITPO. The bid may be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to Mr. S.D. Sharma, Manager(C.P. Division), India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Bhavan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. The bids would be open at 5.00 PM on January 8, 2010 in the room of Sr. Manager(Publicity), ITPO, Pragati Bhavan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. ITPO reserves the right to reject any/all offers without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
