: Hoardings at Stragetic
Locations in Delhi India Trade Promotion Organisation invites bids from interested companies for installation of Hoardings on India International Security Expo slated to be held from February 15 to 18, 2010 in Hall-6 of Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. The Hoardings are required for the period of one month commencing from 19.1.10 to 18.2.10. The dimensions of the Hoardings should be - 20’ x 8’. The companies, which possess strategic hoarding locations in East, West, North, South and Central Delhi having sole rights and approved DAVP rates, may submit the bid. The details of hoarding site may include its location, whether lit or non-lit. Period for which the hoarding site is available may be given in the bid. The text/colour scheme of hoarding will be provided by ITPO. The bid may be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to Mr. S.D. Sharma, Manager(C.P. Division), India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Bhavan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. The bids would be open at 4.00 PM on January 8, 2010 in the room of Sr. Manager(Publicity), ITPO, Pragati Bhavan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. ITPO reserves the right to reject any/all offers without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
