India International Security Expo’2010 : Sub: Association of Security Industry Assocaitions/Organisations as
‘Associate’ for IISE’2010 India Trade Promotion Organisation invites application from Security Industry Associations of India to become ‘Associate’ of ITPO in organising 13th India International Security Expo slated to be held from February 15 to 18, 2010 in Hall-6 of Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. The role of ITPO’s Associate would be to promote the Expo in its entirety amongst Security Industry companies, Government Departments/Ministries, PSUs and private sector. The Associate would assist ITPO in participation mobilisation, visitor promotion, organising seminars/conference. For the efforts put in by the Associates in mobilising participation and for participants/members of Association being brought in, ITPO would consider giving 15% (agency fee) on bare space rentals of participation fee, if minimum booking is 1000 sq.mtrs. and 10% (agency fee) on bare space rentals, if minimum booking is 500 sq.mtrs. In addition to agency fee, the logo of the ‘Associate’ would be displayed on all publicity material viz. Fair Guide, Press conference, Newspaper Advertisements, Hoardings, Posters etc. The organisation interested in this may give complete details of its profile including Memorandum and Articles of Association, latest turnover certified by Chartered Accountant, PAN No. and latest IT Return. They should enclose a bank guarantee equivalent to the agency fee for minimum space committed (1000 sq.mtrs. or 500 sq.mtrs.). These documents should be given in one separate cover (Envelope ‘A’). The ‘Associate’ may also mention the amount, which would be paid by them to ITPO for such accreditation, as Associates in a separate sealed cover (Envelope ‘B’) along with an undertaking to do so. Both sealed envelopes should be placed in another outer cover (Envelope ‘C’). Interested Security Industry Associations of India/organisations who would like to work with ITPO for IISE’2010 may submit their application to Mr. R.K. Chopra, Dy.
