This has reference to our advertisement published in this news paper on 02.03.2009 regarding empanelment of advertising agencies.

Now the date of collection and submission of application both have been extended up to 23.3.2009. All other terms and conditions will remain the same. Those Advertising agencies who have already applied need not apply again.

Applications are invited on behalf of CMD, ITPO, from reputed advertising agencies, fully accredited with the INS, having either head office or branch office in Delhi for empanelment with ITPO for a three year term. The agency should have a minimum billing of Rs. 5.00 crore per annum . by Delhi office for last 3 years and at least 5 years experience of working with Central Ministries /Government Departments, PSUs. Advertising agencies may collect application form on written request on payment of Rs.5,000/- (non refundable ) through Demand Draft drawn in favour of India Trade Promotion Organisation payable at New Delhi, from PR. Unit, Publicity Division, India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Bhavan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi-110001

The application form can also be downloaded from the ITPO website www.indiatradefair.com in which case the non-refundable application fee in Demand Draft should be submitted alongwith the application and creative on Aahar Fair 2010, one of the premier events of ITPO on food processing and hospitality industries, by the stipulated date.

The details of the Aahar Fair, on which to base the creative preparation, can be accessed from the same website. The filled in application form alongwith advertisement creative(artwork) on Aahar, should be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly superscribed “ Application for Empanelment of Advertising Agencies” by the date and time stipulated to the PR Unit of ITPO

COLLECTION AND SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION BOTH EXTENDED UP TO 23.3.2009 BETWEEN 10:30 A.M. TO 4:00 P.M.(ON WORKING DAYS)
· Short –listed advertising agencies will be required to make presentation to the Selection Committee for the empanelment.
· ITPO reserves the right to accept/reject any of the application without assigning any reason thereof.
· The decision of ITPO in the selection of advertising agencies will be final and binding.
