Proposals for any outdoor medias

In connection with participation mobilization and visitors promotion of the forthcoming events, India Trade Promotion Organisation would like to hire various outdoor publicity medias such as:- Bus Back Panels/Hoarding Sites/Electric Pole Kiosks/Signages/Public
Utilities/Unipoles/Metro Panels etc.

ITPO is holding Sports Goods & Physical Fitness Equipment Exhibition in Pragati Maidan, New Delhi from October 3-6, 2008. To invite the exhibitors for the said exhibition ITPO would like to hire some hoarding sites/Bus Back Panels at the prominent locations where this industry exists.

The agencies having the sole rights of any outdoor medias are requested to send the proposal to the Manager (Outdoor Pub), India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Bhawan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi The letter of sole rights for the sites and rentals, if
approved by DAVP may also be furnished along with the proposal latest by 16.6.2008
