The 28th in the series, the India International Trade Fair 2008 will be held at its prestigious venue Pragati Maidan, New Delhi from November 14 to 27, 2008. The fair attracts several thousand participating companies, either directly or as constituents of the different States/Union Territory Pavilions, Theme and Special Display sectors besides millions of visitors including trade and business delegations, in the course of its fortnight long event.

Offers are invited from Publishers with appropriate experience for bringing out 'IITF 08 UPDATE' in English during IITF'08 to be held from November 14 to 27, 2008. The said Update will be brought out by the selected Publishers against payment of a fee to ITPO and distributed free of cost to visitors and participants at the fair.

While ITPO will be conferring exclusive rights to bring out the said Update to the selected Publisher against payment of a fee to ITPO, this will not impinge on the right of Newspaper to bring out Special fair supplements/reports on certain days of the fair.

The IITF Update will provide quality editorial and photo coverage on the salient features of the fair for which adequate number of qualified personnel will be deputed by the Publisher concerned. The coverage will be as per the guidelines and stipulations of ITPO. The expenditure on bringing out the IITF'08 Update will be met by the selected Publisher through advertisement support from the large number of potential exhibitors, for which list of exhibitors will be provided by ITPO well in advance. However, advertisements against public policy cannot be published.

The specifications of the IITF'08 Update will be as under:

1.	Name of the Publication	'IITF'08 – UPDATE'
2.	Format of Newsupdate	: Tabloid Size (38 cm H x 25 cm ) & colour
3.	Paper Quality	: 60 GSM good quality gloss/matt paper
4.	Number of Pages	: 4 pages minimum
5.	Advt. Edit Ratio	: 40 : 60 approx
6.	No. of copies	: Minimum 3000
7.	Frequency	: Daily for 14 days starting from Nov. 14 to 27, 2008
8.	Copies to ITPO	: 300 copies daily at 9.45 am
9.	Editorial coverage	: As per guidelines of ITPO
10.	Camp Office	: ITPO will issue a letter appointing the Publisher for bringing out the daily Newsletter during IITF'08 and provide the Publisher a Camp Office during the fair period for 4 to 5 Staff members for better operation and smooth functioning.

Interested Publishers may submit their proposal as per the above terms of reference, including fee offered to ITPO and advertisement tariffs to be charged, in a sealed envelope to the undersigned by 3.00 pm on or before 25.8.2008. The offers will be opened on the same date at 5.00 pm in the Committee Room in the presence of the bidders.
