Sealed bids are invited from firms interested in availing advertising/sponsorship options to be provided on the Homepage in a network of 13 touchscreen computer kiosks to be installed at India International Trade Fair 2007 at Pragati Maidan during November 14-27, 2007. The fair is visited every year by two million people and advertising/sponsorship would provide an ideal opportunity to gain visibility and publicity mileage for products or services of companies.
 
The options available alongwith their respective Reserve Price are as under:

Sponsorship option on Homepage
 
The sponsoring firm will have the following spaces to advertise its message:
 
i)        A horizontal banner of size 10” (width)  X 1.4 ” (height) each at the header  and footer of the computer screen (total two banners)
ii)        A vertical banner of size 4.5” (width) X 1.4” (height) on the left hand
           side of the screen

The reserve price for this option is Rs. 6.20 lakhs plus applicable Service Tax thereto
 
Advertising option on Homepage
 

The advertiser will have the following options with the Reserve Price indicated against each:

ITPO reserves the right to select either of the advertising or sponsorship options based on the higher of the cumulative value of the advertising offer or the single value of the sponsorship offer. Those exercising the advertising option should clearly indicate in their bid the location/type of option they are bidding for alongwith the bid amount. It may be noted that no advertisement against public policy will be permitted. The entire bid amount must accompany the bid offer vide demand draft in favour of “India Trade Promotion Organisation” payable at New Delhi. Last date for receipt of bids is 10.11.2007 till 2.30 pm.
 

The bids will be opened on the 10th of November 2007 at 3.30 pm in the presence  of  authorized representatives of the bidding companies, who wish to participate. The ITPO reserves the right to reject any quotation in full or part thereof without assigning any reason whatsoever and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
