Sub: Inviting rates for making and pasting of Holograms on Entry Tickets & Passes
for IITF 2010
Rates are invited for the above job as per the specifications, terms & conditions given below:

Dot-Matrix with Micro Text, Laser readable Concealed Images, animation &
Kinematic Movement, Gradient effect etc. The Artwork will be prepared by
the supplier and the approval of ITPO is to be taken. The Master will be under
the safe custody of the tenderer and the instruction of ITPO should be
followed. |
| Pasting |
Pasting of Holograms will be done by the tenderer in a short period. Please
quote the combined rates for manufacturing and manual pasting. Utmost care
of security is required, so that these tickets are not leaked from the supplier to
other unauthorized persons. |
| Inspection |
The Inspection Team from ITPO will be present in the premises of the
supplier for random checking of the job. No hindrance or whatsoever is to be
made during the inspection and co-operation from the supplier is necessary. |
| Packing & Delivery |
Tickets are to be collected from ITPO’s Stores or printing press where
printing will be going on(entry tickets - 100 nos. each book and passes 50
each book, size of 10”x 3½” - with two perforations) by the tenderer and after
pasting the Holograms, tickets are to be delivered back in ITPO’s Stores with
proper packing and sealing, showing the details and the signature of
competent authority. |
| Time Schedule & penalty |
The delivery should start on 2nd day and delivery to be completed before 10th
day. In case of late delivery, penalty of 5% of bill amount per day will be
levied. In case of poor quality, suitable amount decided by Competent
Authority will be deducted. |
| Terms & Conditions |
Tenderers should have ISO certification for manufacture of Holograms.
Tenderers have to give the list of Government and other institutions where
they have already supplied the Holograms along with the complete profile of
the organization and manufacturer's name, their trade mark and brand, if any,
should be invariably mentioned in the tender and illustrative leaflets giving
technical particulars etc. are to be enclosed with the tender to facilitate
consideration by ITPO. The execution of the job should be done all in-house
at one place and no deviation will be accepted in this regard. |

Interested parties are requested to quote their rates as follows:

Last date for submission: Quotation on the letterhead of the company duly signed and stamped, be submitted
to the Manager (Printing) on or before 23rd September, 2010 at 3.00 pm in lac sealed cover specifying the
name of the job on top of the envelope.
Opening: 23rd September, 2010 at 3.30 pm in the presence of quotationers who wish to be present.
ITPO reserves the right to award the job to any supplier irrespective of the lowest quotationer/cancel one or
all quotations without assigning any reason. No deviations/representations/explanations will be entertained
after submission of quotation.
This quotation is for only those who have ISO certification for manufacturing of hologram and situated
in NCR but excluding those located in Ghaziabad, Gurgaon Sonepat, Panipat, and Kundli.
