India Trade Promotion Organisation, a premier trade promotion organization is organising India Jewellery & Watch Show 2007 in Pragati Maidan, New Delhi and intends to select an agency for computerised registration of business and general visitors who will visit the Show.
The selected agency would be broadly responsible for the following jobs:

• Installing sufficient number of computer systems (minimum P-IV) and laser printers (with toner) along with UPS at the registration counters.
  
  
• Providing services of required number of data entry operators for feeding information into the Computer, based on the registration forms/Business cards across the counters.
  
  
• The agency shall be responsible for developing appropriate programme/software for registration of visitors, printing details of the visitor on the badges, including the photograph of the visitors through digicam.
  
  
• Provision of back up support including services of supervisors/engineers.
  
  
• Providing guidance to the visitors for filling up the form properly.
  
  
• Printing visitor badges containing information like name of the visitor,                 company, country, date, etc. on a pre-printed stationery. Pre-printed stationery         (badges, Registration forms) will be arranged by you as per the design                 supplied by ITPO.
  
  
• Inserting the badge into a poly pouch and handing over the same along                 publicity materials to the visitors. Poly pouch will be arranged by ITPO.
  
  
• Generation of report on visitors' turn-out covering country-wise statement as         well as brief summary of visitors and submitting to ITPO as and when                 demanded.
  
  
• Feeding complete details of the visitors based on the registration forms and         pre-registration forms.
  
  
• Generating detailed profiles of the visitors in hard copy as well as in CD-Rom         (2 copies) and submitting the same to ITPO after conclusion of the fair.
  
  
• The Registration Counters will be operational half an hour before the                 commencement of the event each day and will be closed after taking outputs         in the evening.
  
  
• The entire database will be the property of ITPO. Information on the visitors         will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disseminated to anyone in any form. Failure to do so could result in legal action.
  
  
  
The firm/company should submit a draft of Rs.2,500/- towards earnest money deposit along with the offer.

The successful bidder may have to deposit 10% of the bid amount as Security Deposit before the award of job.

All taxes – VAT, octroi, service tax, etc. – if any, should be included in the prices quoted for the bid.

Please quote service tax registration no., VAT registration no. and PAN no. in your offer.

The jurisdiction in case of disputes shall be the courts of Delhi/New Delhi.

ITPO can accept or reject any offer at its discretion without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
