                   India Trade Promotion Organisation, New Delhi invites Technical and Financial bids from experienced companies for rendering the services of overnight secured storage (Strong Room facility) of the valuable goods belonging of the various exhibitors of "India Jewellery & Watch Show 2007" scheduled to be held in Pragati Maidan, New Delhi-110001 during October 19-22, 2007.

1. The firm must have experience in maintaining the Strong Room facility in banks/jewellery exhibitions for the last 3 years.

2. The firm must provide 2 Nos. 20' containers.

3. The firm must set up the strong room by 2.00PM on 18th October 2007.

4. The Earnest Money of Rs.5,000/- should be deposited along with the application form by way of demand draft favoring India Trade Promotion Organisation, New Delhi.

5. ITPO will make adequate and appropriate security arrangements in and around the premises of the show (including armed guards, continuous CCTV surveillance with recording facilities, access control and identification, etc.) to facilitate the secure and effective provision of the service by the selected firm.

6. The agency selected for the purpose of Strong Room is expected to have full proof system of security with the latest electronic gadgets.

7. ITPO will provide adequate and appropriate constructed space for organizing the Receiving and Holding Areas for receiving/returning the Exhibitors goods and for their overnight storage within the premises of the Show.

8. All taxes - VAT, octroi, service tax, etc. - if any, should be included in the prices
quoted for the work.

9. Please quote service tax registration no., VAT registration no. and PAN no. in
your offer.

10. 5 % Performance guarantee to be deposited before award of work.

11. There will be a security deposit of 5% of the cost of work in addition to the earnest money deposited.

12. The jurisdiction in case of disputes shall be the courts of Delhi/New Delhi.

13. ITPO can accept or reject any offer at its discretion without assigning any reason,
whatsoever.

The tender documents can be collected in person on payment of Rs.500/- (non refundable) in cash or by way of demand draft of the said amount favouring India Trade Promotion Organisation payable at New Delhi. Tender form can be downloaded from our website:www.indiatradefair.com and the tender cost deposited alongwith the bid by way of demand draft. The last date for sale of tender document is 7.9.2007.

Technical and Financial bids are required to be submitted separately in sealed covers marked "QUOTATIONS FOR STRONG ROOM FACILITY IN HALL NO.11, PRAGATI MAIDAN, NEW DELHI" written on the envelope and sent to Shri J. Gunasekaran, Senior Manager, India Trade Promotion Orgnaisation, Pragati Bhawan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi-110 001, latest by 21.9.2007 upto 3.00PM.. The Technical bids will be opened on the same date at 3.30PM. The intimation for opening of Financial Bids of only successful Technical Bidder will be communicated separately.
