TENDER NOTICE
Sub: Operation of 15 vending points at different locations for sale & supply of cold/ soft drinks in Pragati MaidanProposals in sealed envelopes are invited for grant of short-term licence (11 months) in Two Bid Systems; (a) Technical Bid, (b) Financial Bid (on prescribed forms) from reputed domestic and international companies, having minimum three years' experience in operation of F&B outlets, for the following:-
The detailed Guidelines, Terms & Conditions and Format for grant of license can be collected on payment of prescribed charges either by demand draft / pay order in favour of "ITPO, New Delhi" or in cash from the Dy. Manager (F&B), India Trade Promotion Organisation, Room No. 133, Pragati Bhawan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi- 110001 (Tel. No. 23378131) on any working day from 15.01.2009 to 28.01.2009 between 10.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. The application can also be downloaded from ITPO's website (www.indiatradefair.com). However, in this case the bidder has to enclose a Demand Draft in lieu of Cost of Tender Document/ Application Form towards application processing charges along with the Technical Bid, failing which their bids will be rejected. Sealed cover should be superscribed as "Offer for Shop No. ______/ Kiosk No. _________/ 15 Nos. Vending Points A-1 to 15 / B-1 to 15 (please delete one) for Sale & Supply of Cold/ Soft Drinks. Separate offer for each shop/ kiosk / 15 Nos. may be submitted to Sr. Manager (F&B) not later than 11.30 a.m. upto 29.01.2009. The technical bids will be opened on the same date at 12.00 noon. Financial Bids of those considered eligible after evaluation of technical bids, will be opened thereafter and intimation in this regard will be conveyed to the bidders. Technical and Financial Bids submitted by each party would remain valid for a period of 30 days from the date of opening of bids and offers will not be allowed to be withdrawn within this period. ITPO reserves the right to reject all or any bid(s) or to withdraw any shop/kiosk/vending points without assigning any reason. Note: Not more than two shops and / or kiosks / or Vending Point would be allowed to be operated by any applicant and / or his / their partners, associates, sister concerns etc. Thus, those who are already operating two kiosks and / or shops / or Vending Point will not be considered for further allotment. All successful bidders will have to submit an Undertaking to this effect to ITPO before permission to operate the outlet is issued.
