Sub: Operation of vending points on shirt term licence basis (for 11 months
        only)in Pragati Maidan

Proposals in sealed envelopes are invited for grant of short term licence (for a period of eleven months only) in Two Bid Systems; (a) Technical Bid, (b) Financial Bid  (on prescribed forms) from reputed domestic and international F&B operators for the following:-

1. Sale & supply of pure, safe & hygienic drinking water by setting up Vending Points 15 Three years Rs. One Lakh

2. Sale & supply of tea & coffee by setting up Vending Points 10 Three years Rs. One Lakh 
 Rs. 1000/-
3. Sale & supply of Bottled / Packed Juices by setting up Vending Points 10 Three years Rs. One Lakh 
 Rs. 1000/-
4. Sale & supply of Ice-Creams by setting up Vending Points 10 Three years Rs. One Lakh 
 Rs. 1000/-
5. Sale & supply of Bottled Carbonated Soft/ Cold Drinks by setting up Vending Points 25 Three years Rs. One Lakh 
 Rs. 1000/-


The detailed Guidelines-cum-Application Form for making Technical and Financial Bids for grant of licence can be collected on payment of prescribed charges either by demand draft / pay order in favour of “ITPO, New Delhi” or in cash from the Sr. Manager (F&B), India Trade Promotion Organisation, Room No. 133, Pragati  Bhawan,  Pragati Maidan,  New Delhi- 110001 (Tel. No.23378131) on any working day upto 20.10.2008 between 11.00 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. The application can also be downloaded from ITPO’s website (www.indiatradefair.com). However, in this case the bidder has to enclose a DD of Rs.1000/- towards application processing charges along with the Technical Bid.  Sealed cover must be superscribed as “Offer for Vending Points for_________.   Separate offer for each category of vending point may be submitted to Sr. Manager (F&B) not later than 11.30 a.m. on 21.10.2008. The technical bids will be opened on the same date at 12.00 noon.   Financial bids of those considered eligible after evaluation of technical bids, will be opened at 4.00 p.m. on 23.10.2008.   

ITPO reserves the right to reject all or any application(s) or withdraw tender notice of any unit/location without assigning any reason.

Notes:    (i) Vending points not conforming to the specified size of 4ft.X4ft. will not be allowed. New vending points are required to be set up and its design should be approved by Architect Division of ITPO.

  • No change in location of the vending point will be allowed without prior written
       approval of ITPO.
  • No product(s) other than those permitted will be allowed to be sold from the
       outlets / vending points.
