ITPO is a Section 25 company and is engaged in the business of organising Trade Fairs, Exhibition Conferences and such other allied activities in India & abroad.  Many of such activities are carried out in our premises spread in about 150 acres and popularly known as Pragati Maidan.  We also provide space to the private companies who organize such and other related events.  A few food & beverages (F&B) outlets are also there in Pragati Maidan to cater the needs of the visitors & participants.  We also have Shakuntlam Theatre in which we run movies for public viewing.  We, therefore, draw a large number of visitors throughout the year and especially during November when we organize our mega event ‘India International Trade Fair’ during 14-27 November every year.  Visitors include both Indian & foreign nationals with large number of VVIP’s & other dignitaries.

        In order to cover the risk of third party claims in case of any mishaps, we intend to take a ‘Third Party Insurance Cover’ with at least the following features:

1.        Risk Coverage                :        Rs.10 Cr.


2.        AOA:AOY                         :        1:1


3.        Scope                              :        Entire premises of Pragati Maidan including nearby

                                                           parking areas used  by ITPO for Public Parking.

                                                           F & B outlets within Pragati Maidan
        
                                                           Shakuntlam Theatre


4.        Coverage                :        Any Third Party Liabilities including those by Act of                                                        Terrorism.


5.        Term                        :        One Year


You are requested that in case of any exclusions, the same should be specifically mentioned with the quotations otherwise it will be presumed that all risks what so ever would be covered under the policy.

        The quotations should reach us latest by 3:00 pm on 18/9/2007 in sealed cover. The quotation would be opened on the same day at 4 PM

        Any further information, if required, can be obtained from the undersigned on any working day between 3 pm to 5 pm.
