Kind attention is invited to our earlier notice of 22nd August, 2007 for appointment of official Travel Agency during the forthcoming Tex-Styles India Fair which will be held at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi from March 2 to 5, 2008. The date for willingness of companies for accepting their bids has been extended to 1st October, 2007.

You are requested to forward your willingness to the undersigned positively by 1st October, 2007 giving complete details of areas of jobs already intimated.

1.        Promoting Tex-Styles India, 2008 Fair:- You will promote Tex-Styles India Fair by displaying posters in your offices in India and abroad. You will also tie up with Hotels for putting up posters at the Reception counter as also placing brochures of the fair at the counters.
2.        Arranging shuttle service from the Hotel to Fair venue:- You will give complete details i.e. amount to be charged for minimum hours and kilometers and additional charges for the kilometers etc. to be charged for 12 – 15 seater buses.
3.        Setting up Information Booth at IGI Airport:- You will tie-up with Airport Authority at Indira Gandhi International Airport for setting up two information booths inside the arrival hall at the exit giving complete details i.e. amount to be charged by International Airport Authority. For putting up banners and charges for the manpower for running two booths (maximum 8 persons) in each shift and total amount payable.
