INDIA TRADE PROMOTION ORGANISATION (ITPO), A Government of India Enterprise shall be organising 16th edition of “Tex-Styles India Fair” at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi from February 24-27, 2010. This is an exclusive export oriented show mainly catering to overseas buyers and their representatives based in India. Its publicity plan includes Leaflets, Dynamic Flash Emailer, Outdoor Posters for overseas locations (3-5 Types), Advertisements for overseas and domestic Magazines.

Bids are invited from reputed Agencies to undertake the job for Editing & Adaptations of ready artworks of the design for release of advertisements as per the specifications of various magazines/ outdoor media & posters within India and abroad, and also liaisoning/coordination with the concerned agencies/ organisations and also ITPO Foreign Offices with timely delivery of the above materials. Preference will be given to such companies, as have undertaken similar jobs in the past. Payment will be released on completion of the jobs subject to satisfaction of ITPO.
