We are pleased to inform you that India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO) is organising the participation of Indian Trade and Industry in Zagreb Transport Show, Zagreb(Croatia) from March 27th to April 1st, 2007.

Zagreb Transport Show is the Intl. Fair of Commercial Vehicles, Transport, Logistics and Supporting Industry. The Zagreb Transport Show is a biennial event presenting the overall supply and demand of the transport industry. The list of products to be displayed is enclosed.

The minimum bookable space is 9 sq.mtrs.. Larger space can be booked in multiples thereof. The participation fee is expected to be around Rs.10,000/- per sq.mtr. The exact charges will be intimated to you shortly. Against the participation fee, the package of services offered include space rent, construction decoration of stand including wall to wall carpeting, adequate lighting, furniture, standard display aids, services of common interpreter and general publicity support.

Any additional facility including furniture, display aids and interpreter etc. required by the participants will have to be intimated to ITPO well in time. Such additional facilities would be provided depending upon the availability and will be charged directly by the respective contractor appointed by ITPO or the Fair Organiser in foreign exchange at the exhibition.
The participants would have to make their own arrangements for dispatch and return of their exhibits including handling /clearing and insurance at their own cost.

The Fair is governed by general terms and conditions for participation in International Trade Fairs and Exhibitions organised by India Trade Promotion Organisation. A copy of brief Rules and Regulations for participation in Fairs abroad is enclosed.

Please confirm your space requirement immediately in the enclosed application form duly filled in along with an advance payment of Rs, 50,000/-(Rupees Fifty Thousand only) by demand draft drawn in favour of India Trade Promotion Organisation, New Delhi which will be adjusted against the participation fee .
