Dear Sir,
India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO), a Government of
India Enterprises is organising exclusive Indian Trade Exhibition
at Dushanbe, Tajikistan, (March 27-31, 2007.
The total Indian exports to Tajikistan during the year 2004-2005
was US$ 84540 million showing 26.15% growth from 2003-2004.
The main products exported from India are articles of Apparel
and clothing accessories, knitted or crocheted, pharmaceuticals,
electrical machinery and equipment and parts thereof , plastics
and articles , aluminium and articles, coffee, tea, mate and
spices, articles of iron or steal, glass and glassware, rubber
& articles, optical, photographic, cinematographic, measuring
checking, precision, medical and surgical instruments and
accessories etc.
The product profile suggested for display includes: -
- Oil and gas technology and machinery, parts and components
- Automobiles and auto parts
- Machinery for agro and food processing
- Pharmaceuticals
- Medical and surgical equipments
- Electrical appliances and consumer durables, small generators,
pump sets
- Wires and cables
Textiles-garments of cotton, synthetics and woollens, home
furnishings (sale of exhibits is allowed during the currency
of the exhibition).
The participation fee is expected to be around Rs.6,500/-
per sq.mtr.(tentative), without freight facility. Against
the participation fee, the package of services offered include
built up stand, 2/3 side partition, having wall to wall
carpet, lighting, fascia, standard display aids, furniture,
general publicity support and direct mail invitation to
prospective buyers. The minimum bookable space is 9 sq.mtrs
and larger space may be booked in multiples of 3 sq.mtrs.
The participants would have to make their own arrangements
for despatch and return of their exhibits including handling,
clearing and insurance at their own cost. A copy of our
terms and conditions and facts sheets are enclosed.
Please confirm your space requirement immediately in the
enclosed application form duly filled in alongwith an advance
payment of Rs. 50,000/-(Rupees Fifty thousand only) by demand
draft in favour of India Trade Promotion Organization which
will be adjusted against the participation fee.

PARTICIPATION CHARGES:
The tentative participation charges is @ Rs.6,500/- per
sq. mtr. for a furnished booth of 9 sq.mtrs. . The minimum
bookable space is 9 sq.mtrs.and larger space could be
booked in multiples of 3 sq.mtrs. Participation would
be on 'First-Come-First-served basis'. In view of the
limited space, you are requested to confirm your space
requirement alongwith demand draft for Rs.50,000/- as
advance payment favouring India Trade Promotion Organisation,
New Delhi.
