Participation charges :

. The participation fee has been fixed @ Rs.29,000/- per sq. mtr . For two side open stand 10% extra will be charged plus12.36% service tax or Euro 510 per sq.mtr. Kindly note that if you pay the participation fee in Euro, the service tax of 12.36% will not be applicable. The Minimum bookable space is 9 sq.mtrs. and larger space may be booked in multiples of 3 sq.mtrs. Participation would be on First-come-First served basis. Please confirm your space requirement immediately in the application form duly filled along with an advance payment of Rs,1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) or Euro 2000 (Euro Two Thousand only) by demand draft drawn in favour of India Trade Promotion Organisation, which will be adjusted against the participation fee.
