We are pleased to inform you that India Trade Promotion
Organisation (ITPO) is organising India's participation
in Pret - A - Porter, Paris (France) September 6 - 9,
2007 - a prestigious and leading event for Women's Fashion
Wear..
ITPO is participating for the last 21 years in Pret-A-Porter,
Paris . On an average, thousand exhibitors from 46 countries
participate every year as it is the leading trade show
for women's fashion wear. The event provides a forum to
discover new avenues for promotion of fashion garments
and accessories.
The Product Profile suggested for display includes Women's
wear, Children's wear and Men's wear, High fashion garments
and Accessories such as Shirts, Skirts, Blouses, Dresses,
Trousers, Suits, Jackets, Knitwear, Pullovers, Coats,
Woollen wears, Rainwear, Jackets, Cocktail Dresses, Evening
Gowns, Wedding Gowns and Accessories, Maternity Wear,
Leather, Fur, Swim suits, Beach wear, Cruisewear, Scarves,
Stoles, Tops, Shawls, Wraps, Caps, Eyewear, Socks,Shoes,
Belts, Ties, Hand-Bags, Gloves, Hats, Umbrellas, Fashion
Accessories, Sports and Leisure wear, Juniors Fashions,
Street wear, Jeans, Jewellery, Flowers, Feathers and Hair
accessories , etc.
The participation fee has been fixed @ Rs.29,000/- per
sq. mtr . For two side open stand 10% extra will be charged
plus12.36% service tax or Euro 510 per sq.mtr. Kindly
note that if you pay the participation fee in Euro, the
service tax of 12.36% will not be applicable. The minimum
bookable space is 9 sq.mtrs. and larger space may be booked
in multiples of 3 sq.mtrs. As the space is limited, the
stall allocation will be made on first -come - first served
basis. Against the participation fee, the package of services
offered for a standard booth of 9 sq.mtrs. are constructed
booth 2/3 side partition , facia and floor covering, one
table with two chairs, one waste paper basket, one ashtray,
three shelves and three spot - lights. Catalogue entry
and a common interpreter facility are also arranged by
ITPO.
Any additional facility including furniture, display
aids and interpreter etc. required by the participants
will have to be intimated to ITPO WELL IN TIME. Such additional
facilities would be provided depending upon the availability
and will be charged directly by the respective contractor
appointed by ITPO or the Fair Organiser to the exhibitor
in foreign exchange at the exhibition.
The participants would have to make their own arrangements
for despatch and return of their exhibits including handling
/clearing and insurance at their own cost.
As the space is limited, the stall allocation will be
made on first -come - first served basis. The minimum
bookable space is 9 sq.mtrs. and larger space may be booked
in multiples of 3 sq.mtrs.
The Fair is governed by general terms and conditions
for participation in International Trade Fairs and Exhibitions
organised by India Trade Promotion Organisation. A copy
of brief Rules and Regulations for participation in Fairs
abroad is enclosed.
Please confirm your space requirement immediately in
the enclosed application form duly filled along with an
advance payment of Rs, 1,00,000/-(Rupees One Lakh only)
or Euro 2000 (Euro Two Thousand only) by demand draft
drawn in favour of India Trade Promotion Organisation,
which will be adjusted against the participation fee
