Sub: India’s Participation in the 36th International Food & Beverages Exhibition(Foodex), 2011, Tokyo(Japan) during March 1 – 4, 2011 The India Trade Promotion Organisation has been organizing India’s participation at Foodex Fair in Japan for the last 16 years. Setting up of India Pavilion’ at “FOODEX JAPAN 2011” during March, 2011 will be our 17th participation. The participation charges will be Yen 6,25,000 for a furnished booth of 9 sq.mtrs. There will be additional charges of Yen 1,00,000 for the corner booth. The participating companies will be entitled for the following:- i - Furnished booth with display aids (one table, three chairs, three spot lights, facia, podium, display table, carpet, waste paper basket). ii - Publicity in Japan including mailing of brochures in Japanese language. iii - Invitation to potential buyers iv - Recommendation letter for granting visa to the representatives of the participating firms. The additional space in this fair can be booked in multiples of 3 sq.mtrs. We hope, you may like to participate in this fair again. Foodex is one of the largest trade fairs in Japan, which again is a very huge market for food, processed foods, organic foods, etc. Shall be grateful for confirming participation with necessary details in the prescribed format per return mail, enabling us to plan the layout for our pavilion accordingly. 50% of the participation charges should be sent through a demand draft in favour of India Trade Promotion Organisation payable at Tokyo. The last date for submission of application for participation in India Pavilion Foodex Japan 2011 is 31st October, 2010. For further details contact A.K.
