We are pleased to inform you that India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO) is proposing to organise the first national participation in 13th INTERTEXMILANO® - International Textile Trade Show and 11th READY TO SHOW® - International Clothing Sourcing Exhibition at Palazzo Delle Stelline in Milan (Italy) during September 11-13, 2007.

INTERTEXMILANO® - Participation profile includes manufacturers, exporters and agents of fabrics, yarns and accessories from all over the world and offers a vast range of woven and knitted fabrics for women's, men's and children's wear, from basic and casual to high fashion and special collections but also laces, embroideries, fashion accessories and yarns.

READY TO SHOW® is mainly a sourcing show. It is not dedicated to small retailers but to Italian brand names looking for production partners and volume retailers interested in developing private label produced abroad.

Last year, 135 collections from over 25 countries and regions showcased their products while 3968 visitors were registered at the fair.

INTERTEXMILANO® :- The product profile suggested for display includes Fabrics : Cotton/Denim/Linen, Embroidery/Laces, Silk/silky Aspects/Prints, Knitted, Wool. Swim wear : Functional/fabrics and clothing accessories. Yarn for final use : Men's wear, Women's wear, Children's wear, Active Sportswear, underwear, Technical use and others.

READY TO SHOW® :- The product profile suggested for display includes all types of garments ranging from women's wear, men's wear, children's wear to underwear, swim wear, cocktail and formal dresses, knitwear, casual wear and sportswear and fashion accessories as shawls, scarves, ties, bags, shoes and fashion jewellery.

The participation fee is expected to be around @ Rs.21,660/- per sq.mtr. plus 12.36% Service Tax or Euro 380 per sq.mtr. Kindly note that if the participation fee is paid in Euro, the service tax of 12.36% is not applicable. The exact charges will be intimated to you shortly. Against the participation fee, the package of services offered for standard booths up to 12 sq.mtrs. are boundary panels, fascia board with the company's name, one table, three chairs, one socket, four hanging rails (four meters), three spot lights, one coat hanger and one waste paper basket. Catalogue entry and a common interpreter facility are also arranged by ITPO.

Any additional facility including furniture, display aids and interpreter etc. required by the participants will have to be intimated to ITPO WELL IN TIME. Such additional facilities would be provided depending upon the availability and will be charged directly by the contractor appointed by ITPO or the Fair Organiser to the exhibitor in foreign exchange at the exhibition.

The participants would have to make their own arrangements for despatch and return of their exhibits including handling /clearing and insurance at their own cost.
As the space available is limited, stall allocation will be made on first -come - first served basis. The minimum bookable space is 9 sq.mtrs. and larger space can be booked in multiples of 3 sq.mtrs

The Fair is governed by general terms and conditions for participation abroad in International Trade Fairs and Exhibitions organised by India Trade Promotion Organisation. A copy of brief Rules and Regulations for Participation in Fairs Abroad is enclosed.

We would be grateful if you could inform us by return fax your space requirement. Please also send your application in our enclosed format along with an advance payment of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) or Euro 2000 (Euro Two Thousand only) by demand draft drawn in favour of India Trade Promotion Organisation, which will be adjusted against the participation fee.
