We are pleased to inform you that the India Trade Promotion
Organisation (ITPO), a Government of India Enterprise,
is proposing to organise India's National participation
in the Christmas Market, Exhibition, Brno (Czech Republic
) December 7 - 16, 2007
The objective of the event is to give a centre stage
to handicrafts and the enormous range and quality of handmade
products by devoting a separate exhibition entirely to
this sector, the fair is specially dedicated to arts and
crafts, gifts and jewellery.
The Fair Organisres have been oranising this event since
1977. As many as 132 Companies participated in the last
event, and 70,000 trade visitors were reported at the
fair.
The product profile for display are : Consumer Goods,
House ware & Décor, Costume Jewellery &
Accessories, Christmas Articles & Festive Decoratives,
Business Souvenirs & Corporative Gifts, Electrical
Appliances, Tableware, Garments, Furniture, Leather Goods,
etc.
The participation charges are expected to be around
Euro 350/- per sq.mtr. The package of services offered
includes built-up stand, flooring, lighting, fascia, standard
display aids, furniture, services of common interpreter,
general publicity support and direct mail invitations
to prospective buyers. The exact rentals are being worked
out and will be communicated to you shortly.
The minimum bookable space is 9 sq. mtrs. and larger space
may be booked in multiples of 3 sq. mtrs. Participants
would have to make their own arrangements for dispatch
and return of their exhibits including handling, clearing
and insurance at their own cost.
The fair is governed by general terms and conditions
for participation in International Trade Fairs and Exhibitions
organised by India Trade Promotion Organisation. A copy
of brief Rules and Regulations for participation in Fairs
abroad is enclosed.
We hope you would like to avail this opportunity and
participate in this Fair with a view to market your products
in Czech Republic. We are in the process of booking of
space for INDIA PAVILION. We would request you to confirm
your space requirement immediately in the enclosed application
form along with an advance payment of Euro 1000 ( Euro
One thousand only ) by Demand Draft drawn in favour of
India Trade Promotion Organisation, New Delhi which will
be adjusted against the actual participation fee.
Since, we have to convey final space requirement of
ITPO to the Fair Authority latest by 30th July, 2007,
you are requested to confirm your participation and intimate
space requirement of your company so that a prime location
may be booked for India Pavilion well in time.
